Online Payment Systems, through its ePaymentWare product range, is creating a range of products that is directly suited to the needs of businesses and organisations, allowing them to enhance their ability to invoice/bill online. With a range of features that is targeted at the operational needs of our clients, ePaymentWare products can allow you to receive payments via credit card, track payments and report to accounting requirements, all at a low cost that does not require a large investment in information technology or infrastructure.

Our first products will be eIPayment (electronic invoice payment) and eSPayment (electronic subscription payment). eIPayment will allow business to invoice customers or clients through an online portal, and send invoices in pdf or URL format via email. Customers can pay via a business branded payment portal sporting your own logos and branding. The eI Payment product is discussed further on the eI page.

eSPayment will allow organisations and associations to email their members and assist all members to pay their subscriptions and membership fees online using credit card. Payments are made online via an organisational branded online payment portal, tracking fees and payments. The system will even keep track of overdue subscriptions and issue late payment reminders for you. Members will receive their subscription invoices via email, saving both time and the money spent on postage and handling. With eSPayment, there is no more manual handling, no messy email lists or mail outs, and no need to be tied to the clubroom in order to receive your membership payments.
